Director Of Athletics

Graceland University is seeking applicants for an Athletic Director. This will be a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This position will be a member of Executive Council. This person will be expected to collaborate with enrollment management to improve recruiting and retention of student athletes. Graceland is looking for someone with a strong commitment to the academic mission of the institution, a strong background in fiscal management, strong leadership skills, and evidence of previous successful fundraising, recruiting and retaining student athletes. Qualifications: Master’s degree required and experience administering intercollegiate sports. Graceland is an NAIA school in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
