Required Qualifications: bachelor’s degree required. Experience in college admissions, counseling, public relations or marketing desired. Must be self motivated, results oriented, energetic, able to relate effectively to other people, able to manage multiple tasks, and have effective and persuasive public speaking and writing skills. Successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment activities in an assigned nationwide geographic territory using extensive telephone communication, electronic mail, social media, travel, hosting off-campus visits and coordination with alumni and campus colleagues. Evening and weekend work required.

Vice President for Enrollment Management
Graceland University is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). This position will report to the President and provide strategic direction to an integrated enrollment management function, and serve as part of the executive team of the university.
The VPEM joins Graceland University at a dynamic time. Faculty, staff, students, alumni and trustees share a commitment to a focus on becoming a learning-centered and innovative liberal arts and sciences university. The VPEM position will provide the successful candidate with a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the life of an institution that is growing in new ways.
Key enrollment management responsibilities will include developing strategies and goals for four areas and their directors:
- Student Financial Services
- Admissions and Retention
- Communications and Marketing
The VPEM will have an accessible and collegial style, polished communication skills and willingness to engage the extended campus community in enrollment-related activities, a strong understanding of the liberal arts and the ability to articulate the unique benefits of a Graceland education.
Five or more years of successful experience leading enrollment management is required, as well as a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree highly desirable.
