Graceland University is seeking a highly motivated, organized and energetic individual to serve as a halftime Assistant Director of LEAD, and as a halftime Assistant Football Coach on the Lamoni, IA campus. LEAD is a campus wide student leadership education and development program. LEAD responsibilities include: Create and deliver leadership training programs; teach leadership courses; develop and deliver workshops in retreat settings; maintain student participation records; supervise projects; and participate as an active member of the LEAD team. Coaching responsibilities include: Recruiting; Player skill development; and duties assigned by the head coach. This is a 10-month professional appointment starting August 1, 2008. Master's Degree and college level experience preferred.
