A 2012 Iowa Employer Benefits Study calculated Graceland University’s benefits package as “Above Average” when compared to all 1,206 Iowa organizations who participated in the survey (regardless of employer size and industry). The Lindex™ score distills complicated benefits data into one relevant number to provide clarity. Calculated once a year, the Lindex ranges from 1 to 100. Lower scores indicate fewer and more expensive benefits while higher scores reflect more benefits being offered at a more competitive cost. The statewide average Lindex score was 73. Graceland University scored a 93!
