The Request for Degree Audit is recommended for students who have completed three full-time semesters. If you are planning to graduate this academic year, please submit an Application for Graduation. New from high school students are provided the opportunity to declare their major early in their second semester. The Declaration or Change of Major/Academic Advisor form may be utilized for this purpose or whenever you need to make a change in your major or academic advisor.
