Jackets Finish Up Fall Ball

Lamoni, IA-After a long, hard six weeks on the field, Graceland University Softball’s fall practices have come to an end. With a new coaching staff and ten new players joining us for the year, our progressively long fall ball was a pleasure to watch. There were many outstanding days, both on and off the field and the girls worked extremely hard to prepare for the upcoming season. The beautiful weather was a big contributor to our fall season success, as we got to take part in two softball scrimmages. The coaching staff got to take a look at a great nucleus of returning players and a fine group of newcomers. Ending our fall ball with a competitive inter-squad game sealed the deal and set the pace for the upcoming season as the girls look forward to their off season lifting and swimming programs.
