General Information
All matches will start on time provided there is a minimum warm up time of 20 minutes available to both teams. All matches will be the best 3 out of 5 games governed by NAIA regulations.

Spectator Admission
$6.00 for adults, $3.00 for students and persons 55 years of age or older

Hotel
The Homewood Suites will be the official hotel this year and will be providing all teams and fans with a special rate for the duration of this tournament. I highly recommend that all teams and spectators use this facility as they are providing us with many amenities to make this an enjoyable tournament for players, coaches, spectators, and officials. The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from Park University with access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Please see the brochure included with this mailing for their rates and layouts of the rooms.

Format
Each team will compete in two matches on Friday and two matches on Saturday. All matches will be the best 3 out of 5 games played to 30 points (deciding game to 15). A tournament champion will be awarded based on the following criteria and an award will be presented as soon as possible after the conclusion of the tournament.

Tournament Champion Criteria
1. Overall match record
2. Overall winning percentage (games won / games played)
3. Head to head match result between tied teams if applicable
4. Match results between common opponents of tied teams
5. Winning percentage between common opponents of tied teams (games won / games played)
6. Overall point differential (points earned – points scored against)

Awards
The tournament champion and runner up will each receive awards for their accomplishments. Coaches will also select an all tournament team (5 players) and tournament MVP (1 player, also included in all tournament team). These ballots must be submitted prior to your last scheduled match. Recipients will be notified on Monday following the tournament and awards will be mailed at that time.
