Point Lookout, MO-Men’s Basketball opened their season on the road Friday against perennial power College of the Ozarks. They would fall in defeat 99-66.
“At times we showed that we can compete against a very good team on their floor,” Coach Quinn said following the contest. “As the final score showed though, we did not compete the way we are capable of. Defensively and especially defensive rebounding needs some serious improvement. We’ll come back home and work to improve in these areas,” Quinn concluded with.
Graceland now has eight days off to work out the kinks until they open at home next Saturday afternoon against Faith Baptist College at 4:00.
