With playoff implications on the line, the Graceland University baseball team hit the road one last time for the 2007 season in search of a season-ending victory over Missouri Valley College. A hard-fought victory is what they got as GU downed the Vikings 3-1 behind the strong pitching of Junior Tyler Wright.

Bats Erupt as Jackets Cap a Wild Day With a Sweep of MidAmerica
After forty-six runs were scored between the two teams on Friday afternoon at North Park, the dust cleared and the Graceland University baseball team came away with two big victories versus the likes of MidAmerica Nazarene University. GU opened with a 10-9 victory followed up by a memorable 14-13 thriller in the bottom of the seventh.

Jackets Break Losing Streak While Moe Becomes All-Time Hit King
After dropping a pair of games to Benedictine College on Saturday at home, the Graceland University baseball team rebounded for two well-played contests versus BC on Sunday and ended with a split. Senior Third-baseman Tyler Moe connected on his 223rd career hit in game two to become the all-time leader for career hits for GU.

Yellowjackets Drop Two to Benedictine College as Bats Stay Cold
Currently fighting through a rough stretch of their season, the Graceland University baseball team was unable to break out of their slump as they dropped two games to Benedictine on a chilly Saturday afternoon at North Park. Benedictine opened with a 5-0 shutout and followed with a 5-2 victory in game two.

Graceland Baseball Can't Topple #24 William Jewell
The Graceland University baseball hit the road on Wednesday in what they hoped would be two solid road victories against William Jewell College, unfortunately, it turned out the other way around as the Cardinals swept the regular season series with the Jackets after posting victories in Lamoni on Monday afternoon.

Yellowjackets Struggle Against Highly-Ranked William Jewell
After slipping in to the NAIA top 25 national baseball polls last week, William Jewell College came into square off against Graceland University in a make-up double-header on Monday afternoon. Despite the Jacket’s efforts, the Cardinals were able to turn back the Jackets in both games, by final scores of 14-3 and 5-3. Both teams were forced to deal with frigid conditions throughout the afternoon.

Wildcat's Rally Spoils Jacket's Hopes For A Split
After splitting a pair of games yesterday with the Baker University Wildcats, the Graceland University baseball team seemed poised to that again on Monday afternoon at Lamoni’s North Park. Unfortunately for the Yellowjackets, Baker put together a five-run seventh inning rally in game two that cost the Jackets a chance at a Heart of America conference double-header split.

Jackets Tangle With Simpson College Storm in Non-Conference Pair
Wrapping up a busy week of action on the diamond, the Graceland University baseball team came away with a double-header sweep of Simpson College on Wednesday, winning two wild contests by the scores of 5-2 and 8-7. The Yellowjackets now stand at 15-13 on the season and have won three in a row.
