William Penn JV Invitational
Oskaloosa, IA-Sophomore Ryan Martin (Pella, IA) shot a steady 73 on the rain soaked Edmundson Golf course in the William Penn Invitational. After nearly 2 hours of waiting to tee up the ball, the golfers played on a soggy course after the rain subsided. Martin fired a good round for the conditions and was followed by Sophomore Jesse Still (Mt. Ayr, IA) who shot 79. Sophomore Dylan Rasmussen (Sidney, IA) fired an 81. Rounding out the Yellowjackets team were Freshmen James DiPrima (Ft. Madison, IA) with a 95 and Tanner Gard (Independence, MO) with a 90. "The effort of the team was great given the conditions. It was a good experience for the team and I know these guys will continue to work hard to improve," commented Coach Brunner
Next up for the golfers is the Lindenwood Invitational.
