Des Moines, IA-Back in Des Moines Saturday evening Graceland was looking to get back on track against Trinity International (Illinois). In their first game of the Grand View tournament the Jackets struggled to put away Judson College and ended in a 1-1 tie after 2 overtimes.
Saturday night wasn't much different. Unfortunately for the Jackets, they played 110:00 minutes of scoreless soccer with Trinity International as the game finished 0-0 through two overtimes. The second consecutive tie starts the preseason #6 ranked Jackets out this season with an 0-0-2 overall record.
Graceland returns to Des Moines for the third time in 8 days this coming Saturday afternoon to face the Grand View University Vikings 4pm. Stay tuned to the Jacket athletics website for continuing coverage of the women's soccer team and all of Jacket athletics.
