Lamoni, IA-The Jacket softball is making a concerted effort to be an elite team in the HAAC next year. They're recruiting has not been limited to the off season only as Bill Dudek and his staff have been working hard both coaching and recruiting in season. The latest signing is Sophie Ringsdorf of Glenwood, IA. Ringsdorf is the daughter of Bill and Chelle and she has two sisters, Hanna and Emma.
An all-conference and all western Iowa performer while patrolling centerfield for Glenwood High School, Ringsdorf has the potential to make and immediate impact on the 2010 Jacket team.
Besides excelling on the softball diamond for Glenwood High, Sophie is also an outstanding student as a member of the national honor society, the honor roll, and she has been recognized as a distinguished scholar.
Graceland University is excited to get Sophie on campus next fall!
