Springfield, MO-The women's basketball team traveled to Springfield, MO Saturday afternoon for a conference matchup with the Evangel Crusaders. Graceland put together 33 minutes of quality basketball only trailing by 4 at halftime at 33-29. Their second half lull of about 7 minutes was enough however for the Crusaders to pull away for the 62-51 victory.
Graceland now stands at 3-14 overall and 1-11 in conference play. The Jackets will next face Avila University this coming Thursday at the Closson Center in Lamoni at 5:30pm.
