Columbia, MO
-The Graceland Women's golf team finished the season on a high note. Coach Brunner was excited by the way the team finished, "This is the best team score we have shot since I have been coaching the women's golf team. I think we can continue to improve and I am excited about next year with the addition of a few key recruits." The two day team total was 382 - 401 (783) and was 6th place (out of 11 teams) in the region and 4th place (out of 7 teams) in the conference. Freshmen Natalia Renjifo (Bogota, Colombia) played her usual steady game by shooting 78-85 (163) which was 10 shots off the medalist pace. Natalia made the all-conference team and her score was third best in the conference. All-conference honors go to the top 8 golfers in the conference. "She is a tremendous asset to the team and I feel fortunate to have her at Graceland," stated Coach Brunner. Sophomore Krista Woodend (Woodstock, ONT) fired an 89-95 (184). Junior Christy Everett (Aurora, IL) scored a 97-95 (192). Freshmen Kelsey Booth (Parkville, MO) finished with a 118-136 (254). Junior Bethany Garchar (Brentwood, CA) scored a 138-126 (264).
