April 25-26, 2008 | Men's & Women's Outdoor Conference Meet Results Fayette, MO- The Graceland track teams spent Friday and Saturday competing in the conference track meet at Central Methodist in Fayette, MO. After a cold rainy day on Friday, the skies opened Saturday and under pleasant temperatures the athletes picked up the pace.

Following Friday's totals, the men's team stood in last with one point. The women were in seventh after amassing eleven points. Saturday however, both Gracecland teams showed much improvement. Both Jacket teams have had to fight through injuries all year not to mention the horrible weather conditions they've fought. Saturday's final team totals the men finished ninth scoring 34 total points and the women finished seventh scoring 33.3 points.
At the meet sophomore Aundrae Williams (Florissant, MO) finished fourth in the high jump, senior Niki Peterson (Kirksville, MO) finished fourth in the 100 meter hurdles and sophomore Cinnamon Jenkins (Jacksonville, FL) finished third in the women's 55 meter. Jenkins is also a NAIA National Indoor qualifier in the 55.
Tentatively, Graceland is scheduled to participate in the Central College Invite next weekend (May 3rd).
