April 19, 2008 | Box Game 1 | Box Game 2Springfield, MO- Due wet weather the softball team hadn't been able to play a game in almost two weeks until Saturday. Still not having been able to host a game in Lamoni all year, the Jackets were on the road again as they traveled to Springfield, Missouri to face the Evangel Crusaders. The rust was evident for Graceland who has battled injuries as well this season. The Jackets dropped the double header losing game one, 7-5 and losing game two, 4-1. Stats will be posted upon availability.

Pending weather and field conditions, Graceland is slated to host two games in Lamoni during the upcoming week. Currently, MidAmerica is scheduled to come to town Tuesday afternoon for a 3pm start, and Friday Culver Stockton is slated to be in Lamoni also for a 3pm start.
