April 11, 2008 Men's tennis finally got their match vs. Benedictine in Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, it had to be done indoors on the campus of Benedictine College due to the awful weather that has plagued them all spring long. That didn't deter Graceland from shutting-out the Ravens 9-0 and following in the footsteps of the ladies who clinched the conference title on Tuesday. With this win, the men clinched their conference title and finish the conferece season undefeated.
"The men have really found the right time to hit their stride," Coach Hampton said late Friday evening. "We are really playing well right now and I'm excited to see how far we can take this,"
Gracelands match on Saturday vs. Southwest Baptist is cancelled due to inclement weather.
