March 29, 2008 | Box Game 1 Box Game 2March 30, 2008 | Box Game 1 Box Game 2 Lamoni, IA- The Graceland baseball team got a much need double header sweep in Lamoni Saturday afternoon, then proceeded to head to Kansas City Sunday morning where they split with the #19 ranked Avila Eagles. The Jackets swept Avila 10-6 and 6-5 getting their second and third conference wins of the season on Saturday. On day two, the Jackets won game one 6-5 in eight innings and dropped the final game 8-4. It was a very positive weekend for the Jackets which hopefully will catapult them through the rest of the season.

Graceland now runs their overall record to 9-20 overall and 4-10 in HAAC play.
