Bryan came to Graceland as a freshman in 1994 after graduating from Truman High School in Independence, Missouri. Bryan's impact as a freshman was rapidly felt as he was named player of the week in the conference several times through out the season. As a freshman, Bryan started every game as a forward and scored 14 goals along with 19 assist. In his senior year Bryan led the varsity team as a captain to Graceland's first ever conference championship. In 1998 Bryan graduated with a degree in Psychology and began his career in a residential treatment facility as a youth specialist at the Missouri Division of Youth Services. In 2004, Brian married Kacey Loving (GU alum 04). Kacey is currently the women's hall director of the Tess Morgan dorms. Bryan's family; Clyde (father), Patricia (mother) and his brother Clay (GU alum 96) live in Missouri.
