III.	Birth or adoption: list baby's name, father and mother's name with mother's maiden name and both class years if applicable. Also tell us the date, month, year of birth/adoption and family's residence (town and state/country). Please send only those born/adopted within the past year.
IV.	Wedding: list both groom and bride (with maiden name) with class years where applicable, date, month, year and where the weddingwas held (town and state/country).
V.	Anniversary (only those celebrating 50 or more years): list both names, with maiden name and class years. Also tell us the date, month, year of marriage and where wedding was held.
VI.	Death: list name, including maiden name, class year and place of death (town and state/country).
