Athletic Training News:

Athletic Training Day for High School Students: Nov. 7, 2009 : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

High school students are invited to come on campus for a day of taping tutorials, campus tours, sideline observation, followed up by a question and answer student panel. Come see if Athletic Training is right for you!

This program will be led by upper-division AT students through the Student Athletic Training Association (SATA). It will provide a first-hand experience and a close look at a day in the life of Athletic Training students in the collegiate setting.

Physical Education 

Students in the Special PE/Leisure class have learned how to use the pool chair lift.  They have also been enjoying their experiences with their "little buddies" - pre-K students from a local school.

Wellness Program Management News:

This fall students have the opportunity to take NEW courses in the Wellness Program Management Major. The major was recently revised to reflect the most current concepts and skills related to physical training, including emphases on group exercise and functional fitness
