Bio: An Iowa native, Dr. Thomas earned bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Iowa. He holds an Ed.S. and Ed.D from Northern Illinois University. Ed's has nearly 30 years of teaching in higher education and wealth of experience as a physical fitness expert for the U.S. Army Physical Fitness School.
Dr. Thomas is a nationally recognized physical fitness expert who is highly sought after for publications, presentations, and as a resource.
