Loan Steps For First Time Borrowers

Direct Loan Counseling	If you have been awarded a subsidized or unsubsidized Federal Stafford Direct Loan, complete the required loan counseling.
MPN	Complete the Master Promissory Note for your Direct Loan(s).
Perkins Counseling & MPN	If you have been awarded a Federal Perkins loan, complete the required Perkins loan counseling and Master Promissory note.
