    At Graceland there are more opportunities to learn and lead than ever before. Approximately 25% of our students hold a leadership position during their college years.

    Whether you want to hold a position with Graceland's student government, manage a club or organization, or pursue the co-curricular LEAD program, Graceland can give you the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills.

    The leadership program at Graceland has four tracks so that you can personalize your leadership training. These are fully developed programs that emphasize nonprofit management, free enterprise, student government, and church leadership. Any track is a great way to begin exploring careers in leadership now.
