1955 Leonard L. Boswell served two tours in Vietnam during the war as an assault helicopter pilot and was later stationed in Germany and Portugal, during a span of 20 years in the Army (1956-76). He is a Congressman from Iowa's 3rd District and divides his time between Washington, D.C. and Des Moines, IA. (leonard.boswell@mail.house.gov) Lynn Jones served in the Army in the Korean War from 1952-54, in a field artillery unit - he worked at headquarters. He lives in Wyandotte, MI. (734-246-5647) Dave Kent served in the Army for two years, working on launching crews for missiles that were converted to carry nuclear weapons. Stationed in Taiwan, while on guard duty one night, a fellow soldier "made an error" and shot him in the arm. He spent three months in hospital in Japan. He lives in Mt. Prospect, IL (847-827-1754) Duane Stone served in the Air Force from 1963-1983 and was posted many different places. He became a "police officer" in the military and served in that capacity during the Vietnam War. He was an instructor in Officer Candidate School and later did recruiting work for the ROTC in the Memphis, TN area. Still later he became a clinical psychologist at a base in Minot, ND.
