Moving around frequently with an infantry regiment during the Korean War he helped lay field communications wire and set up communications bunkers. He lives in Plymouth Meeting, PA. (610-828-1221) John B. Studdard served in the Army in the Korean War from 1952-54, assigned to an airbase at Suwon, Korea, as personnel clerk, gun crewman and radio/telephone operator. He lives in Lawrence, KS. (785-843-5865) Lenza "Darrell" Walker served in the Air Force from 1951-74 and was stationed at many bases all over the world. He worked in air-to-ground, communications equipment repair, ensuring that flight crews could talk to ground crews. In Vietnam, serving as a radio operator, he experienced the TET Offensive when he says, "things were really poppin' during that one." Back in the U.S. he worked with the NORAD early-warning system, tracking missiles from a base in Colorado Springs, CO. He lives in Springerton, IL.
