On Saturday, April 10, 2010, Graceland will host its first Annual Trombone Day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in honor of the International Trombone Celebration! The day will include masterclasses conducted by Frank Perez, Director of Bands and Instructor of Low Brass here at Graceland University, and Dr. Michael Davidson, Trombone Professor at the University of Kansas. A trombone choir concert, featuring the KU Trombone Choir and the workshop participant trombone choir, will conclude the day.
