Graceland University Community of Christ Visit Schedule

April 6 – April 7, 2013

Attendance can be Saturday only or Saturday and Sunday in conjunction with an overnight “lock-in” for area youth groups. Youth and sponsors will stay overnight in the Closson gym. Participants should bring sleeping bags, swim suits, and recreational clothing. Graceland Summer Reps and members of the Campus Ministries team will participate in the “lock-in” and will serve as hosts for participants not attending with a youth group.

Saturday April 6th

9:45 – Arrive/Register
10:15 – Welcome
10:45 – Mixers/Activity
11:30 – Meet with Coaches and Fine Arts Representatives OR Alternative Activity for those not meeting
12:30 – Lunch at Commons
1:30 – Tour/Scavenger Hunt
3:00 – Student Life Fair
4:00 – CCLP/ Campus Ministries Activity Panel
5:30 – Supper at Commons
6:30 – Move into Closson Center
7:00-9:00 – Open Gym
9:00-11:00 – Mystery Activity
11:00 – Mystery Activity

Sunday April 7th

9:00 – Pack up for Departure
10:15 – Breakfast: Pastries & Juice – Cheville Chapel
11:00 – Worship Service
12:00 – Lunch at Commons
1:00 – Closing Session: Closing Comments, Evaluation, and T-Shirts
1:30 – Depart
