For the second year, Graceland is offering a FREE Wellness Screening for ALL employees. If you did the screenings last year, you can still do them again this year. Your results will be listed beside last year's results so you can see your improvement!
New for 2008:
1. FREE spouse screenings - spouses covered under the Graceland health plan but not employed at Graceland can have a FREE screening this year. Spouses not covered under the medical plan and not employed can be screened for $155.
2. Premium incentive - If the employee that is paying for the health premium out of their paycheck goes through the screening, they will receive a $10/month reduction in their June 2009 premium through May 31, 2010.
3. Optional tests - paid for by Graceland if you are on the medical plan and qualify based on age or signs/symptoms.
4. Naturally slim class - Graceland will pay the $400 class fee for this class if the employee is at risk for Metabolic Syndrome.
