Service Learning Trips or Projects Outside the US

I just received a request for information from US AID asking about any international service learning courses or projects that Graceland sponsors. They define service learning as "helpful involvements in the developing world, such as digging wells, offering education or scholarships, building latrines, etc." Can you help me build a list of projects that Graceland is or has recently been involved in? Please e-mail me at kepplema@graceland.edu with the name/title of project, when and where it took place or is scheduled to take place, and some project details such as goals or successes. A list like this would also be helpful for Program Review. Thanks so much for your help.
