Tom Morain on Public Radio Panel

Tom Morain will be a panelist on the Iowa Public Radio "Talk at Noon" show on KOWI-FM (97.9) on Thursday, September 18.  The topic is the Northwest Ordinance of 1787, another in the show's series on historical events and their impact on today.  The Ordinance outlined the procedures by which new states were added to the Union and led to the creation of Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
