Constitution Day Lecture

In keeping with the federal requirement to hold an educational program on the United States Constitution each September 17, Bill Russell will present a lecture "The Electoral College: A Crisis Waiting to Happen." The lecture will be held at 1 p.m. on September 17 in 205 Briggs. Everyone is invited to attend this lecture.
