Lamoni and Independence Campus - Residential Programs
Registration for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 begins:

Juniors, seniors, and post-graduates, are permitted to add and/or drop their courses through MyInfo prior to obtaining major academic advisor approval. Freshmen and sophomores may add and/or drop courses through MyInfo following major academic adivsor approval.
Choose your registration option from the following:
Option 2: Juniors, Seniors, and Post-Graduates registering independently of major academic advisor.
Option 1
Registration for those who are required or prefer to meet initially with their major academic advisor.
Begin registration according to the following schedule:
Step 1 - ARRANGE for an advising session with your academic advisor.
Step 2 - PREPARE for your advising session . . .
- Review your major's Four Year Graduation Plan and develop your schedule for the next year using the 2009-2010 Schedule of Classes and/or Course Catalog through MyInfo.
- Complete your class schedule. A Class Schedule Form (119k pdf) and/or Trial Schedule Form (87k pdf) are available for this purpose.
Step 3 - RESOLVE holds due to outstanding financial obligations with Graceland. Please see your assigned Student Accounts Coordinator in Patroness Hall before proceeding to Step 4.

Step 4 - MEET with your academic advisor during your scheduled time.
NOTE: Students with discrepancies as listed below must obtain the necessary approvals and submit his/her class schedule to InfoCentral in Patroness Hall.
- Signatures from instructors of all classes for which time conflicts exist.
- Signatures from instructors to waive prerequisites.
- Curricular Adjustment Committee approved Student Petitions (187k pdf) for the following:
- to register for courses one level above your classification if your cumulative grade point average is less than 2.50.
- to register for courses two or more levels above your classification.
- to register for more than 18 s.h.
Beginning the first day of class, CHANGES OF REGISTRATION are processed through your academic advisor or InfoCentral in Patroness Hall. In addition, signatures are required from the instructor of each class being changed.
Questions regarding registration should be directed to InfoCentral at 641-784-5067 or the Registrar's Office at 641-784-5221 in Patroness Hall.
NOTE---Students with disabilities, which prohibit them from following the registration procedures, should contact Registrar, Joyce Lighthill at 641-784-5222.
Option 2
For Juniors, Seniors, and Post-Graduates Registering Independently from Major Academic Advisor
Step 1 - If you have outstanding financial obligations with Graceland, you will be unable to register. Please resolve these issues with your Student Accounts Coordinator in Patroness Hall before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 2 - Review your major's Four Year Graduation Plan. If desired, print a Class Schedule Form (119k pdf) and/or a Trial Schedule Form (87k pdf) for your use.
Step 3 - In MyInfo,
- develop your schedule for the next year using the 2009-2010 Schedule of Classes and/or Course Catalog.
- set current options appropriately for the session
- click on the Registration button located on the left side of the screen, and begin adding your courses by entering the eight-character course number, section, and then clicking on Add.
- as each course is added, the registration system will inform you that the course has been added.
- if a course cannot be added, an explanation will appear near the top of the course listing. Please refer to the NOTE below for reasons that may prohibit you from registering for some courses.
- if you need to drop a course, mark the course to drop and click on Drop.
Step 4 – After entering your schedule for the session, your major academic advisor will automatically be notified, at which time he/she will approve your schedule. If questions arise, you will be contacted by your advisor.
