NW Missouri and SW Iowa Online Business Program

We have created an ONLINE Bachelor of Arts degree completion program in either Business Administration or Organizational Leadership. These programs are specifically designed for students with an AA degree or about two years of college. Our Business Administration degree features a broad based business curriculum with classes in management, human resources, marketing, business finance and more. Our Organizational Leadership degree features classes in communications, conflict resolution and leadership skills. You can also double major to get the best of both degrees and in many cases it might only mean taking an extra class or two!

We chose to offer an online program because we understand how busy people are today. Our convenient online format allows students to develop their own flexible study schedule that easily fits into their work and family life. If you need to study in the late evening after the kids go to bed, that’s not a problem. If you like to get up early and study, that is not a problem either. It is up to you!

Plus, if you want to have some face to face study time with your friends and other students, the fact that we will only take students from your area will allow us to create local study groups. There will be a site coordinator who lives in your area who will help set that up and who will also be your convenient program consultant throughout your program.

All classes are 8 weeks long which allows most students to complete their degree in less than two years and be ready to move into a brighter future.
