Graceland offers an online degree completion program with a dual major in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. If you have at least 48 hours of college credit, then you are well on your way to completing our degree in less than two years. Some students can complete our degree in as little as 15 months!

This new degree was started at the urging of Graceland’s Business Advisory Board which is composed of some of the biggest business owners in the Greater Kansas City area. They have continually stated that one of their biggest needs is employees who can effectively communicate and work with fellow workers when they are initially hired and then can manage and lead when promotions become available. Our dual degree meets those needs with classes in Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Communications, Intercultural Communications, Organizational Behavior and Skills in Organizational Leadership. Our dual major gives students the practical skills to succeed when hired and also when called on to take additional management and leadership responsibilities in their future. The program has been set up so that most students do not need to take additional classes to receive the dual major.
