This statement illustrates the importance of organizational leadership. It is not simply enough to do things right but to understand WHAT things to do and HOW to lead and motivate people to do them right. The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is designed to help students to visualize the final result, outline and communicate the process and successfully motivate their colleagues to achieve measurable outcomes.

This degree is ideal for adults who wish to assume leadership, supervisory and administrative roles within a variety of organizations. In fact, good, sound leadership is in demand in every type of organization from small businesses to gigantic corporations; nonprofits to for-profits; domestic to international and everything else in between. Our coursework focuses on the behavioral and practical aspects of managing, motivating and communicating with individuals in modern organizations. This degree provides a broad base of knowledge including psychology, communications, finance and legal issues in addition to the foundations of
leadership and organizational principles.
