The Graceland University Professional Institute is committed to offering the best learning opportunities for workforce development and continuing education. With that in mind, the Institute is advised by individuals that have their finger on the pulse of the greater Kansas City area, in addition to national concerns as they relate to economic development, shifts in technology, potential changes in the marketplace and arising industry trends.
The Institute’s Advisory Council is a ‘think-tank’ made up of professionals with a wide variety of expertise, knowledge and backgrounds. The Council meets once each quarter either over lunch or in the evening to brainstorm new certificate topics and what form of involvement the Institute should engage in to have the most impact on the community at large. The Advisory Council participates in electronic communication, exchanging ideas in between quarterly meetings.
