Graceland students have many opportunities to participate in performance ensembles including Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Oratorio Chorus, Orchestra, Flute Choir, Brass Choir, Drumline and a variety of chamber ensembles. Music Majors, Music Minors and Music Education (Teaching Certificate) students have the opportunity to take courses in music theory and analysis, aural theory, music history and literature, conducting, music technology, play and sing in performing ensembles and present solo performances and recitals. Whether your interest is to become a music educator, performer or for personal enrichment, Graceland offers you a wealth of opportunity to engage in music at a high level.
