Zimmerman

Below are rules and expectations for use of ANY space in Zimmerman.  Should rules be ignored, fines will be incurred. Common sense should be used. Ask permission rather than forgiveness to keep working relationships intact and amicable.

• Stools, chairs, desks, and tables must remain in each specified room; no moving of furniture to other locations permitted. If you need more tables and chairs, work with Facility Services and Conferences & Events to reserve and set them up.
• Furniture must be returned to a neutral position.
• Room must be clean and free of any debris.
• Tape only on glass—not on doors, painted surfaces or walls.
• No food or drink in the Computer Lab.
• Report any accidents or broken items to Facility Services and Camps and Conferences immediately.
• Turn off smart cart projector light or call STA Plus for assistance.

Fines will be assessed for:

• Room not cleaned.
• Furniture not moved back to neutral position.
• Broken or missing equipment (fine and replacement). 
• Unapproved use.
