Answer: Graceland University uses eCollege to deliver online courses. The eCollege user format is intuitive, predictable, and allows users with point-and-click confidence to excel in their online courses.

Question: What if I have problems accessing or working through my course?
Answer: The Graceland eCollege helpdesk is available to assist as you work through your course. The helpdesk is open 24-7, and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Question: How will I contact my instructor?

Answer: Your instructor will always be available and interacting with you in the discussion areas of your online course. In addition, you may contact your instructor through email, and many instructors provide students with telephone numbers and best times to contact.

Question: How many hours per week should I plan to spend on a course?

Answer: 12-15 hours

Question: What do I need to do to be successful in courses?

Answer: Create a schedule and devote four days, even if you are only devoting 30 minutes per day, to reading and responding to the posts made by your classmates. Adhere to assignment due dates – and do your best not to get behind.
