Q. Does Graceland have a Greek system?
A. No. We believe in “inclusion,” not exclusion, and have developed a “House System” that serves as the basic unit of student life. Each student will be assigned to a house (a group of students living in a section of a residence hall). These people will become their second family—a group of instant friends—while at Graceland, and will provide an exciting social life. Students will make many lifelong friendships among their fellow house members. Return to top

Q. Will my child be safe on campus?
A. Our Cod of Conduct – no alcohol, drugs or tobacco on campus or at school-sponsored events – promote a safe and healthy campus environment. And our rural location, well lit campus and small-town atmosphere eliminate safety concerns prevalent at many other colleges. Even though our community is much safer than most, we encourage our students to be cautious. Students must use their ID cards to gain entrance to their residence hall after hours, and their rooms are combination coded to prevent key loss or theft. Return to top
