Conferences and Events - FAQ's

Q: How do I reserve the pool?
A: All arrangements for outside groups are coordinated through Brad Carr, Director of Conference and Events @ 5233. Rental of the pool is $30/hour/lifeguard; Maximum capacity of 75 people.

Q: What food options do I have for my group on campus?
A: All food is contracted through our on-campus SODEXHO Food Service. Rate are based on the size of your group. Please contact the Conference and Events office @ 5233 for further information.

Q: Does Graceland have RV parking?
A: Yes! RV Parking is available as a convenience to Graceland Alumni and Friends, parking and hook up are free and reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: How much are sleeping rooms?
A: $12 per person for non-air-conditioned rooms/night; $22 per person for air-conditioned rooms/night.

Q: Can I Take a Campus Tour?
A: We wouls be happy to show you or your group around our beautiful campus. Please contact the Admissions Office @ 5196 for a tour.
