Q: I want to be a Massage Therapist, what course do I take?
This is a 4 year Liberal Arts college, that does not offer unique certifications like massage Therapy. Can I explain some of our other majors that relate to health and wellness that you might like to look at.

Q: Do I have to take a Winter term?
You need 3 Winter terms to graduate with a degree from Graceland.

Q: Can I count my summer job as a Winter term?
No, a special Summer Winter Term would have been listed in the Winter Term catalog. You might be able to investigate a summer Internship.

Q: I need to drop a class, can you help me?
Yes we can. You need 12 SH to be a full time student Let's evaluate your schedule, and be sure this is a good decision.

Q: Can I get credit for working for my Dad over the summer?
Internships, job shadowing and career exploration opportunities are designed between a student and employer other than a relative.

Q: What's a W on my record how does it affect my Academic record?
A W means you have withdrawn from a class. If you have a limited number of these on your academic record, there will not be an impact. The concern to employers is when they see many of these. It can indicate some concerns to a prospective employer.

Q: I want to Withdraw from a class, but it is past the deadline. What do I do?
You are too late. Can we help you get tutoring so you can successfully complete the class?
