The official mascot of Graceland University is the yellowjacket. Graceland is currently redesigning the mascot graphic. During the interim, the GU Athletic Logo should be used only. No other stylized renderings or yellowjacket graphics may be used.
The GU athletic logo should not be used to represent all that is Graceland University.
It is specific to Graceland Athletics and Student Life, which is specific to Lamoni residential programs.
The athletic department should use the Athletic Logo for departmental stationary. The athletic department and the Student Life office may use the athletic logo on programs, flyers, clothing and signage. The use of the athletic lgoo by other departments at Graceland University should be minimal, cautious and approved through Marketing when in question.
Graceland is authorized to use the old Sting mascot graphic on existing materials until 2011. At this time, the Sting logo should no longer be used on new materials.

This is the primary GU Logo and
should be used whenever possible.
Offical 1 Color GU Logo
The alternate 1 color version of
the GU Logo should only be used
when the primary 2 color GU Logo
can not be used due to fabric or
printing restrictions.
